SHIPPING TIME & CONDITIONS
- Most of the course resources are online – you can start using them as soon as you log-in is active.
- We will send you the Small Business Taxes Made Easy book and TaxMama® swag via USPS Priority Mail, FOB TaxMama’s® location. They should arrive at your location within three business days, unless you are off the USPS beaten path, in which case it may take longer.
- If you do NOT receive your materials within three business days, please contact TaxMama’s® office IMMEDIATELY for the tracking information.
- We will send your package to the shipping address you provide in your registration. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.
- If you do not receive your materials because we typed the wrong address into the label – we will reship at our expense.
- If you do not receive the package due to USPS error or your error, it is your responsibility to sort it out with the USPS.
- We will reship materials – but you will have to pay for them. You may, of course, file a claim with the USPS for delivering the materials to the wrong place.
- If you tend to have problems receiving mail as a matter of course, let us know and we will provide you with a quote for the additional cost to insure your package – or for other shipment services.
- If you are outside the United States, shipping costs are generally prohibitively expensive. We will try to send you a Kindle or e-book version of Small Business Taxes Made Easy. (Note: in some countries, the U.S. Kindle version is not available.)
BEFORE YOU ORDER:
Please do not sign up for the course unless you are sure this is what you want to do – and you can afford the course. You can view a sample of a course here. Since this is a live online course and there is a lot of personal time and attention invested, the following refund policy is FIRM.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of registration or by the date of 4 scheduled class sessions after you register, whichever come first.
Your entire registration will be refunded, less the cost of the books and software that we have ordered on your behalf ($200.00 to $900.00 depending on the course – we cannot accept used books, as they are autographed for you. Nor can we get refunds for your software we ordered for you.
There is a minimum administrative cancellation fee of $100.00 to undo all the registrations for the exam preparation software and the services we set up for you when you registered. This cancellation fee will not be waived!
So, remember – after 30 days, please don’t ask.
