Team TaxMama®
All of your instructors are Enrolled Agents who’ve passed the EA Exam – they know what you’re going through. Most have Master’s Degrees and lots of other experience and training in various areas of taxation. All have had teaching or training experience. We’ve all been practicing longer than we’d care to admit.
Ish Dalal, MS, EA
Teaching in Parts 1, 2 & 3
While Ish’s roots are in Computer Science/EE, his true calling emerged after he began delving deep into complex international tax issues. At the end, he thought, why not make his love of taxation official?
But it was January 2018, and major changes to the EA exam were imminent. With his family’s support, Ish prepared for and passed all three EA exams (with all ‘3/3’s) in February 2018.
With newfound exuberance, Ish immediately hurtled into TaxMama’s Free Forum, answering questions guerilla-style — and annoying Eva (TaxMama)! That’s how they became acquainted. Eva quickly thought it best to co-opt Ish’s enthusiasm into something more productive–and they began collaborating to improve the EA course.
In a previous life, Ish detoured into academia, serving as an adjunct professor and hoping to join its ranks. Eva wanted to him to teach for her EA course since they first met.
Ish lives in Northern California and maintains a small boutique tax practice focusing on clients with international/foreign aspects.
